The Rising Heart

The Rising Heart was established on February 10, 2020 in preparation for the City’s application for the United Nations Educational Scientific and Cultural Organization (UNESCO) Creative Cities Network.

Although located at the highland of Barangay Paradise III, The Rising Heart has been designed for couples, family and friends to put their lovelocks. It has been one of the most visited parks in the City due to its romantic sunset view with a good wide mountainous forest horizon. Mayor Arturo B. Robes and Congw. Florida P. Robes were the first couple who declared their unwavering love by putting their lovelocks at The Rising Heart.
